"Global Radio" means Global Radio UK Limited and any company which is a subsidiary or holding company (as those expressions are defined in Section 736 of the Companies Act 1985) of Global Radio UK Limited and any subsidiary of any such holding company or any of them; and
"Company" means Global Radio;
Radio Station means Galaxy.
From May 5th 2008 to mid-night on the 16th May 2008 the Radio station will be recruiting the general public to enter a picture of themselves via the Galaxy website and Ground Crew activity. All people who send their picture via the web-site, and enter via the ground crew give the radio station permission to use the photo in any promotional material the radio station wishes to do so.
By sending or giving the radio station a picture the supplier is certifying that they have the right to distribute the picture, it is a picture of them and no one else.
By sending or giving the radio station a picture does not guarantee the picture will be used in a promotion and does not guarantee any kind of prize for the entrant.
Every weekday *commencing 19th May and *commencing 24th May the Radio station will publish via on-line and flyer material a grid of pictures that have been collected by the radio stations for the radio stations Facebuck$ promotion. The same pictures maybe used more than once, and all pictures used will be hand picked at the radio stations total discretion.

Contesting Weeks

One of the pictures on the grid will be selected by the radio station to be the winning picture. This will be done at some point at the radio stations discretion before the first on-air competition round each weekday of the contesting period. The radio station will be using their in-house random number generator programme to pick the winning picture for each grid.
Submitted pictures must be in colour, be clear and you must be able to see the full face in the photo.  You must be over 18 to enter.
Listeners to the radio station will be invited on each contesting day to be the first caller through to the studio and be allowed to ask one question to the on-air presenter to assist them in identifying the winning picture. Once the contestant has asked their questions, they will be allowed one guess as to which picture is the winning picture.

If they guess correctly they will win the prize fund that is stated below...

If they are in-correct the competition will continue to the next contesting round.

As this is a Galaxy network competition, there will only be 1 winner across the network with the exception of the 1600 round where there could be up to 4 winners across the network. (1 per station)

The prize for officially guessing the winning picture each day whilst adhering to all the radio stations terms and conditions will be a company cheque.
The Company cheque will be sent out to the contestant within a 28 day period after winning on-air.
The Company accepts no responsibility for any lost or misappropriated cheque.
The radio station reserves the right to vary the prize value for each competition at their own discretion.
If the winning picture is not identified through the contesting hours of the promotion,a company cheque will be sent to the person who registered themselves in the winning picture entry All faces chosen are going in a weekly draw for £1,000 . The radio station reserves the right to vary the prize value at their own discretion.The Company cheque will be sent out to the contestant within a 28 day period after winning on-air.
