In Miss Naked Beauty Gok and his panel search for the woman who embodies the confidence, spirit, sex appeal, brains and beauty (inside and out) of a modern-day Eve. Forget the fakes and the size zeroes – this is about raw beauty taking on the uglier side of the beauty industry.

Dr Christian Jessen and Anna Richardson return for a second series of the magazine show, Supersize vs Superskinnyin a bigger, bolder format that explores eating disorders, morbid obesity, extreme diet regimes and body dysmorphia.

Each hour-long programme involves two contributors with wildly contrasting eating habits, entering the ‘diet den’. For five days a superskinny undereater swaps their diet and lifestyle with a supersized overeater. They help each other unlock their dysfunctional relationship with food to kick start a healthier approach to their diet. After the swap, both contributors embark on a medically supervised 12-week healthy eating regime. The show then catches up with them to find out just how much weight they’ve lost or gained, and whether they have transformed their negative relationship with food for good.

And Anna Richardson visits Los Angeles where she finds out just what the stars really do when it comes to diet and fitness.
